A Linetton company broker should not only have excellent knowledge of the location and their properties, not confuse prices and terms of sale. They should also be a person who knows how to communicate effectively and build environmentally friendly relationships. They should not devalue the ideas and habits of our clients, support them, be sincerely interested in implementing their plans and desires.

Our clients are successful people who don't need us to prove anything to them. They can afford to buy an expensive house, and we have something to learn from them. If you don't know how to listen, understand the requests and desires of clients, and only seek immediate profit, then pass by, we are not going the same way. We also don't hire people who think they know everything better than anyone else, don't want to learn, and don't want to accept our rules and principles. We need productive people who want to become the best version of themselves every day.

We have a continuous flow of calls and requests from clients from all over the world. We are never bored. We always welcome strong brokers who genuinely love real estate, know the local market, and have real deals behind them. We are not a real estate school, so we do not take newcomers and people who have never sold real estate before.

All of our brokers are media personalities, they actively maintain their Instagram, appear in our YouTube videos, speak fluently in at least two languages, have excellent knowledge of locations, and most importantly, know how to sell real estate well. We strive to support and develop their skills because we trust them with the most important thing - our clients. We focus on active brokers who work productively in other companies but struggle with marketing and advertising and lack quality clients. We pay an honest 30% commission from each deal. We don't cheat when calculating and pay immediately on the day the money is received in the company's account, without any delays. If you sold a penthouse for 2,500,000 euros and the owner paid us 5%, you earned 37,500 euros. If you sold a villa for 10,000,000 euros, you earned 150,000 euros. Honesty is not just a word in our company. In return, we expect the same from brokers. The most productive employees can earn 50% from each deal, as well as become group leaders if they demonstrate leadership qualities. We give gifts to our clients and don't forget about them after the deal is done. The best brokers receive valuable gifts, undergo the best training, and travel the world at the company's expense.

All employees, in order to join the team, undergo online testing, based on which we schedule an interview. Successful candidates are put on a two-week trial period during which you will need to read and understand the company's policies, study several projects, pass certification, and start receiving calls and requests.
